Pickware POS

About the plugin

With Pickware POS you sell directly from your online shop in your brick-and-mortar store or at trade fairs. This way, you document all sales and stock outflows centrally in one system, avoid error-prone synchronization processes, and save yourself from duplicate data management.

Pickware POS powered by Pickware naturally meets both the requirements of the GoBD and the KassenSichV.

Requirements for use

To use Pickware POS, you need Pickware ERP, which you can rent monthly in the Shopware Store. If you are not yet a Shopware customer, you can find here the Shopware website to purchase the corresponding licenses.

Important: As of July 2024, Shopware 5 has reached end of life. Please read this article for more information.

You will also need a Pickware account as well as a fiskaly account in order to process payments in Germany according to the legal requirements of the KassenSichV. Both accounts are created as part of the app setup.

To complete the point-of-sale system, you generally also need cash drawers, receipt printers, and barcode scanners. You can find an overview of compatible hardware in our Pickware Shop. You can also find more information on hardware in this article.
