Under Settings → General Settings → Shop Settings → Master Data you can adjust the master data of your store. This is printed in the header of the receipt when a purchase is made in the corresponding store.
The name of the iPad used is also displayed on the receipt. You can change this under Settings → Pickware Device Management by double-clicking on the name of the corresponding device and confirming the new name with Update.
