To ensure that POS orders are created correctly in Shopware going forward, you need to add a new default shipping method. In addition, you can create further shipping methods to enable Click & Collect for customers in your stores.
Default shipping method for in-store sales
To create a default shipping method for your in-store sales, go to Settings → Shipping costs in the backend and click Add. You can name the new shipping method, for example, Store. When configuring the shipping method, leave the country selection empty so that this shipping method is never accidentally available for selection in your online shop.
