The email to create your Pickware account is not arriving

If you didn't receive an email to complete the registration when creating your Pickware account, try the following:

  1. Check your spam folder to see if the email is there.

  2. If you use an Outlook or Office365 mail server:

    1. Add the address [email protected] as a safe sender according to this guide from Microsoft.

    2. Then send an email to [email protected] with the content "TEST".

    3. Now try again to complete the registration with the same email address as before. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.

  3. If you don't use Outlook or Office365, or if the steps above did not lead to success, please carry out the account creation with an alternative email address hosted by a different provider. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.
