If you still use the ERP or ERP Pro (Legacy) extensions, you can switch to Pickware ERP, WMS & POS at any time. The extension combines ERP, WMS, and POS, and you define your feature set with one of four plans: Starter, Advanced, Professional, and Enterprise. With the switch, you get features that don't exist in ERP and ERP Pro, for example Pickware AI, Batches & BBD, and Quotes. Can't find a feature from the Help Center in your shop, or does it look different for you? The articles in the Help Center describe the feature set of Pickware ERP, WMS & POS. With ERP or ERP Pro, some of these features are missing for you, even if your license is active.
What do I get with the switch?
Switching to Pickware ERP, WMS & POS adds features that don't exist in ERP and ERP Pro. The plan from which each one is included is listed next to it:
Pickware AI: You ask your questions in natural language directly in the Shopware Admin and get answers and analyses about your shop and warehouse data. Read access from Starter; from Advanced, Pickware AI can also make changes for you.
Pickware MCP Server: Connect AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to your Pickware installation (from Professional).
Batches & BBD: Manage batches and best-before dates, for example for recalls or to keep an eye on remaining shelf life (from Advanced).
Single Item picking: Pick multiple orders containing only one product at the same time in the WMS App (from Advanced).
Quotes: Create quotes in the Shopware Admin and send them by email. If the customer accepts, an order is created from it (from Professional).
Key figures bar in the task and returns list (from Professional)
Automatic exchange rates for suppliers who bill in a foreign currency (from Advanced)
Address labels: Frank shipments yourself, without a connection to a carrier (from Advanced).
Document editor: Customize the layout and content of invoices, delivery notes, and picklists directly in the Shopware Admin, without your own Twig file and without a developer.

What changes with the switch?
One extension instead of several: ERP, WMS, and POS are all in one extension, which you install and update via the Shopware Store. You don't have to download WMS and POS separately from the Pickware Account.
Plans instead of ERP and ERP Pro: The features available to you depend on your booked plan. You book and manage your plan and device licenses for WMS and POS in the Pickware Account under Billing → Plan & device licenses.
Upgrade your plan when needed: If you need more features later, you can switch to a higher plan there yourself. The features are available to you immediately after booking.
No user limit: The plans have no limit on the number of users.
Try features of higher plans: If you come across a feature in the Shopware Admin that your plan doesn't include, you can request a trial via Request free trial.
Do I have to switch?
No, switching is voluntary. Your ERP and ERP Pro extensions keep working. However, the previous extensions ERP, ERP Pro, WMS, and POS will gradually be replaced by Pickware ERP, WMS & POS.
If you want to use more features, that's only possible with Pickware ERP, WMS & POS: ERP Pro is no longer available separately, and you can only book or change a plan after switching.
Which new plan matches my old plan?
The features from ERP and ERP Pro are distributed differently across the new plans. In Which features are included in which Pickware plan?, the "Legacy" column shows in which old plan a feature was included and from which new plan you get it. This way you can see at a glance which plan covers all the features you use today.
If you use ERP Pro, check above all the features you use from it. We recommend the Professional plan here, which offers you, among other things, the Picking Dashboard, the DSV integration, or the custom fields for entities and order documents.
How does the switch work?
Your data and settings, for example your DATEV configuration, are preserved during the switch if you carry out the steps in the specified order. You don't have to set anything up again.
How you start depends on what you use today:
If you only use ERP or ERP Pro, you create a Pickware Account when connecting the extension. The free trial then starts automatically, and you can test all features of ERP, WMS, and POS to their full extent before you book a plan.
If you already use WMS or POS with an active subscription, please contact our Support briefly beforehand so that we can enable your account for the switch.
Attention: Your ERP and ERP Pro extensions are not canceled automatically during the switch. As long as you don't cancel the rental in the Shopware Store yourself, it will continue to be billed.
You still don't have to pay twice: Cancel the rental with Shopware and let our support know. Periods already paid to Shopware that overlap with your Pickware plan will be credited proportionally by Pickware on the first invoice of the new plan.
