Basically, Pickware follows the system requirements recommended by Shopware, with the difference that we recommend 2GB RAM. Beyond that, keep in mind that the performance of your server should be matched to the size of your product range and the number of orders, in order to ensure smooth working in the Shopware Admin. For Pickware ERP Pro and Pickware WMS, you additionally need the PHP extension ext-soap. To install this, please contact your hosting provider.
To use POS and WMS, you also need the appropriate hardware from our Pickware Shop, in addition to the corresponding extensions. Please note that the WMS App and POS App only work on Apple devices with iOS. The use of Android devices is not supported, as due to the many different device sizes, there are no barcode scanner cases available in a comparable fit and quality to those for Apple devices.
