Pickware comes in four plans: Starter, Advanced, Professional and Enterprise. You book the right plan yourself in your Pickware Account under Billing → Plan & Device licenses, whether you use Pickware with Shopware 6 or with Shopify.
What are the Pickware plans?
With Pickware, you get ERP, WMS and POS in one central solution. The plans build on each other, so every higher plan includes all features of the lower ones. This way, you find exactly the scope that fits your business, and you can grow with it at any time. You book Pickware WMS and Pickware POS as device licenses on top, independently of the plan.

Which feature is available from which plan differs between Shopware 6 and Shopify. That is why there is a separate overview for each system:
How do I book a plan?
You book your plan and your WMS and POS licenses in your Pickware Account. Here is how:
Open Billing → Plan & Device licenses and choose between monthly and annual payment at the top.
Choose your plan.
Choose how many licenses you need for WMS and POS. You need one license per WMS scanner and one per cash register. The number displayed is always the total number of your WMS or POS licenses. If you want to add one license, you click + once.
At the bottom, you see the total price. Click Zur Kasse (Checkout).
If you haven't done so yet, enter a billing address and choose a payment method. Complete the booking with Jetzt abonnieren (Subscribe now).
Note: An additional WMS or POS license adopts your current billing interval. If you pay annually, an added license is also an annual license. If you only need a license for a short time, for example for a trade fair, contact our support.
Shopify: Your subscription stays free until your 30-day trial period ends. After that, billing is monthly at the start of each month, with a prorated charge in the first month.
Can I switch to a higher plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan yourself at any time in the Pickware Account under Billing → Plan & Device licenses. What you have already paid for the current period is credited proportionally.
You cannot book individual features outside the plans. If you need a feature from a higher plan, you switch to that plan.
Why am I missing features from the trial period after booking?
The trial period always runs with the feature scope of the Professional plan. If you book a smaller plan afterwards, you will miss the features of higher plans that you saw during the trial period, for example the key figures bar in the order overview.
Can I test a higher plan?
Absolutely! If you come across a feature in the Shopware Admin or Pickware Admin that is not included in your plan, you can request a trial directly via Request free trial. We will then unlock the feature for you so you can try it out at your leisure.
