With our carrier integrations, you can automatically create shipping labels from both the Shopware Admin and the WMS App. All you need in addition is a business customer account with the respective carrier.

Once the configuration is complete, you can assign specific carrier products to your shipping methods and select further service options, so that in day-to-day business the correct shipping label can always be created with just a few clicks.

Which shipping integrations are available to you depends on which plan you have booked with us.

In addition, GO! Express is directly connected to Pickware. With the current Pickware plans, you can also frank shipments yourself using the carrier Address label: Pickware then creates a label with sender and recipient address, without connecting a carrier.

Carriers such as Hermes, DHL Freight and Asendia, as well as dangerous goods shipping, for example GLS dangerous goods via the Sendcloud contract, also run through Sendcloud. Note that Sendcloud charges its own fees. You control which product is used via the shipping rules in the Sendcloud dashboard.

If you want to connect additional carriers beyond these, you need the Enterprise subscription.

For your own freight forwarders, there is also the external shipping integration. In this case, a middleware creates the shipping label via the carrier's interface. Pickware passes the technical name of the shipping method to it, and the label is returned as a PDF. The middleware is built by an agency or by you.

Below you will find an overview of which carriers you can use to ship from which countries. Any restrictions are on the side of the carriers or the API connected by Pickware. Please check the restrictions in advance to avoid disappointment later.
