How do I set up DPD for Pickware?

To assign DPD products to your shipping methods and automatically create labels, you first need to make a few settings.

Registration with DPD

To create shipping labels for DPD in Pickware, you need a DelisID from DPD. Whether you already have a DelisID and where to find it depends on which contract you've been using so far:

  • MyDPD - The DelisID corresponds to your username at MyDPD, the password is a different one. Your password should have been communicated to you separately; if not, please contact your DPD representative.

  • DPD Print - You can find your DelisID in the contract portal under ConfigurationTenant Management.

  • Neither of these (for example myDPD Business or if you haven't used DPD before) - In this case, you need to apply for activation of DPD Web Services. To do this, fill out this form and send it to your responsible DPD depot to receive a DelisID and a password.

DPD settings

Before you make the settings for DPD, make sure you have already made the general settings for all shipping service providers. You can find them under Settings → Extensions → Shipping labels general. These settings apply to all shipping service providers you use. You can find all the details here.

You can find the settings specifically for DPD shipping under SettingsExtensions DPD.

Sales Channel

Here you can specify for which of your Sales Channels the following settings should apply. By default, the settings apply to all Sales Channels. If you only use one Sales Channel, still select the All Sales Channels option.

If you select a specific shop, all fields are initially linked to the general settings. You can recognize this by the chain icon and the grayed-out fields. Click on the icon to unlink it and make individual settings, while other fields remain linked.

DPD login

Enter your DelisID and the corresponding password here. If you use the testing web service, activate the corresponding checkbox.

DPD customer information

Enter your customer number and the shipping depot number here.

Label creation

Here you can specify the paper format (A4 or A6) for your DPD labels.
