Where you can cancel created shipping labels depends on the respective shipping carrier.
For the following shipping carriers, you can cancel labels directly in the Pickware Admin:
DHL
DHL Express
GLS
UPS
Sendcloud
To do this, open the relevant order, go to the Shipping labels tab, and select Cancel from the context menu of the respective label. In this case, the shipping labels for DHL, GLS, UPS, and Sendcloud are also cancelled with the respective provider. Shipping labels for DHL Express expire automatically if they are not used, so they don't need to be cancelled.
Please also note that DHL shipping labels can only be cancelled if they have not yet been part of a DHL end-of-day closing.
For the following shipping carriers, labels either cannot be cancelled or must be cancelled via the respective business customer portal:

Deutsche Post
Schweizerische Post
DSV
