No, Pickware for Shopify does not offer a classic dunning process with multi-level reminders and dunning documents as a dedicated feature. Instead, you set up payment reminders for open orders with Shopify Flow. If you need dunning documents as PDFs, you use an app from the Shopify App Store.

If you work with prepayment or invoice, Shopify Flow automatically sends a payment reminder by email when payment is overdue. Shopify Flow offers ready-made templates for this, for example Payment Reminder sent on due date. You can find them when creating a new flow under Templates in the Shopify Admin.
