Where can I see ongoing picking processes in the Shopware Admin?

View, filter, ship and cancel picking processes in the Shopware Admin when you use Pickware with Shopware 6.

In the Shopware Admin under Picking → Picking Processes, you see all active picking processes from the WMS App. Here you can find out what is in which picking box, and you can postpone, ship or cancel processes.

Views

On the right, you switch between the views. They correspond to the tabs in the WMS App:

  • In progress: Processes that are currently being worked on. You can postpone or cancel them.

  • Paused (Postponed in older versions): postponed processes. You can cancel them.

  • Picked: fully picked processes. You can ship or cancel them.

Filter processes and show columns

In the filter menu, you filter the processes by User, Picking box, Order or Warehouse, for example. Using the Picking profile dropdown, you show only the processes of a specific picking profile; All orders is selected by default. To learn how to set up picking profiles, see How do I set up picking profiles?.

Using the menu next to the filter, you show additional columns, such as Picking box, Customer and Shipping address. This way, you can see right away what is in which picking box.

Ship processes

It is best to ship orders that you picked with the WMS App in the Picked view. If you postponed a process in the WMS App, cancel it before you ship the order via the Admin.

If you only set the delivery status to Shipped, no stock is booked out and no shipped amounts are set.

Cancel processes

Using the red button at the top, you cancel individual or multiple selected processes. Cancelled processes then no longer appear in this overview. To learn how to put the goods from cancelled processes back into stock in the WMS App, see How can I put cancelled picking processes back into stock?.

Tip: If possible, cancel processes with goods that have already been picked in the WMS App and put the goods back into stock right away.
