In the Pickware Admin under Picking → Picking Processes, you see all picking processes that are in progress, postponed or completed. On the right side, you can switch between the different views and apply various filter settings.
Using these views, you can postpone, cancel or ship ongoing picking processes via the Pickware Admin if needed. Each process receives its own unique picking process number. The views correspond to the tabs Postponed, In progress and Picked in the WMS App.
In progress
Here you see all picking processes that are currently being worked on. On the right, you can filter the processes by User, Picking box, Order or Warehouse. Using the blue button at the top, you can postpone individual, several or all processes, and using the red button you can cancel them.
Postponed
Here you see all picking processes that have been postponed (paused) and can be resumed later. On the right, you can filter the processes by User, Picking box, Order or Warehouse. Using the red button at the top, you can cancel individual, several or all processes.
Picked
Here you see all picking processes that are ready for shipping. On the right, you can filter the processes by Picking box, Warehouse, Order or the date of the last change. Using the blue button at the top, you can ship individual, several or all processes, and using the red button you can cancel them.
Filter by picking profile and show columns
In addition to the filters of the individual views, you can filter the picking processes by Picking profile. Using the menu next to the filter, you can show additional columns, for example Picking box, Customer and Shipping address. This way, you can see right away what is in which picking box.
Order has already been fulfilled in Shopify
If an order that has already been picked was fulfilled in Shopify, its picking process remains here and the picking box continues to reserve stock. Pickware does not automatically reconcile started or postponed processes. In this case, cancel the process here using the red button; you can also select multiple processes for this. After that, the reservation is released.
If an order that has already been picked has been fulfilled in Shopify in the meantime, you can find out how to proceed in What do I do if a picked order has already been fulfilled in Shopify?.
