What should I do if I have problems with the ZVT card terminal?

If you experience problems or error messages while using the ZVT card terminal, here are some tips to help narrow down the issue:

  1. Open the app menu and go to Card Reader in the settings. First, try reconnecting the device here.

  2. Check your Wi-Fi connection. The card terminal must be on the same network as your iPad / iPod. Also check the iOS settings for the POS App to see whether your ZVT device has access to the local network.

  3. If needed, contact your card terminal provider and have them check that your card terminal is correctly enabled for use via ZVT.

  4. If you still receive an error message after consulting your card terminal provider, send us an error report from within the app. To do this, go to the app menu and select Help and Support Upload Device Logs.

  5. Then contact our Support so we can help you resolve the issue.
