If you encounter problems or error messages when using the ZVT card terminal, please first check whether the setup of the POS App was carried out correctly.
Check your WiFi connection. The card terminal must be on the same network as your iPad / iPod. Also check in the iOS settings for the POS App whether your ZVT device has access to the local network.
If necessary, contact your card terminal provider and have them check that your card terminal is correctly enabled for use via ZVT.
If you still receive an error message after consulting your card terminal provider, send us an error report from within the app. To do this, go to Help and Support → Send Error Report in the app menu.
Then contact our support so we can help you resolve the error.
