The update to Shopware 6.7 comes with important technical changes. To ensure a smooth update of your Pickware extensions, please make sure to follow the steps in our update guide.

Update guide
1. Create a backup
Before installing updates, you should always create a backup of your data.
2. Deactivate Pickware extensions
As part of the Shopware update, all extensions must be deactivated. A corresponding prompt appears during the update process, which lets you deactivate all extensions at once.
To avoid error messages, deactivate the Pickware extensions manually beforehand. If you use the individual extensions Pickware POS, Pickware WMS, and Pickware ERP Pro, deactivate them first so that you can then deactivate Pickware ERP.
If you use Pickware ERP, WMS & POS instead of the individual extensions, you can deactivate it directly.
You can deactivate the extensions via the checkboxes on the left under Extensions (Erweiterungen) → My Extensions (Meine Erweiterungen).
3. Update Shopware
Now you can start the Shopware Updater.
3.1. Update to the latest 6.6 version
An update to Shopware 6.7 is only possible if the latest patch version of 6.6 is installed beforehand:
→ Shopware 6.6.10.8
If you are still using an older 6.6 version, perform this update first.
3.2. Update to Shopware 6.7
Once your shop has been updated to 6.6.10.8, you can start the Updater again and update to Shopware 6.7. The Updater guides you through the process.

Note: Compatibility
Since Pickware WMS and Pickware POS are obtained via the Pickware account, Shopware cannot check these extensions for compatibility. The Updater therefore shows you a corresponding notice.
You can find all information on the compatibility of WMS and POS with the Shopware versions in the Pickware account.
Note: Deactivating extensions
During the update, a prompt to deactivate your extensions also appears.
Be sure to select the option Deactivate all extensions (Alle Erweiterungen deaktivieren).
If you have not deactivated WMS, POS, and/or ERP Pro beforehand as described above, an error message may appear. In this case, deactivate the extensions mentioned manually and try again.
4. Update Pickware
After updating to Shopware 6.7, all Pickware extensions must be updated.
To avoid errors, be sure to perform all updates first without directly activating the extensions afterwards.
The current update for WMS and POS can be downloaded in the Pickware account. For Shopware 6.7, at least the following versions must be installed:
Pickware ERP: 4.34.1
Pickware ERP Pro: 3.33.1
If older versions are used, serious errors occur, for example:
„Can not find association by name pickwareErpOrderPickabilities“
500 errors in the storefront and in the admin
Afterwards, you can update the extensions the usual way: How do I install updates for Pickware POS and Pickware WMS.
Once Pickware ERP, Pickware WMS, Pickware POS, and ERP Pro have been updated to the latest version, activate ERP first and only then WMS, POS, and ERP Pro.
