Pickware is currently not compatible with all Shopware features. Below you'll find an overview of which Shopware plugins cannot be used alongside Pickware, or can only be used with limitations.
Shopware Commercial Features
The commercial features Return Management and Multi Inventory are not compatible with Pickware.
Both functions overlap with Pickware ERP, WMS, and POS's own return and inventory functions. Using them at the same time can lead to incorrect return bookings or duplicate stock movements and produce the following error message:
An incompatibility was found: The Shopware Commercial Features Return Management and Multi Inventory are not compatible with Pickware and cannot be used alongside the corresponding Pickware functions.
We therefore recommend not using these features. If you're not actively using them but still receive the error message, you can confirm the warning notice and select the option to no longer display it.
Shopware Custom Products
The Shopware plugin Custom Products is only compatible with Pickware to a limited extent. We're currently aware of the following Pickware functions that cannot be used, or can only be used with limitations, in connection with Custom Products:
Option-dependent surcharges from Custom Products are not automatically taken into account in returns.
Option-dependent additional information from Custom Products is not printed on delivery notes when these are created with WMS.
Information from product custom fields is not shown on order documents when Custom Products is activated in your shop.
DATEV invoice correction bookings are not created correctly for Custom Products with different tax rates. These bookings must be manually reviewed and corrected by a tax advisor.
Bill of materials are not displayed correctly in orders when Custom Products is active.
