If you still use our individual extensions, you will find various versions in your Pickware account under updates for Pickware POS and Pickware WMS, corresponding to the Shopware version you are using. So when updating, make sure you install the correct file in your shop.
You can find the version of your Shopware shop in the Shopware Admin at the top left. In this example, the shop uses version 6.5.3.3 and therefore needs the update that is compatible with Shopware 6.5.
