You'll find the plugin configuration in your backend under Customers → UPS → Configuration. You can use the Shop field at the very top of the configuration to select the subshop for which you want to make the settings.
Sender Data & Access Data
Sender – Enter the name and address of the sender here.
Contact person – Enter the name of the contact person who should be contacted by UPS if needed.
E-mail address – Enter an e-mail address here that UPS can use to contact you.
Phone number – The phone number of the contact person, which will be used to contact them if needed. Please enter only one phone number. It must consist of numbers only! Spaces, punctuation, and special characters must not be included.
UPS Client ID & UPS Client Secret – Enter your access data from UPS here.
Customer number – Enter your six-digit UPS customer number here.
Use testing web service – Enable this option if you want to use the test environment instead of the production environment.
Negotiated rates – If you have negotiated special discounted rates with UPS, this option must be enabled so that the negotiated rates are used.
Default packaging type – When shipping packages via UPS, you must always specify which type of packaging is used. If you generally use the same packaging type, you can select here which packaging type should be preselected in the Create label dialog.
Product for return labels – Select the UPS product you want to use for returns here.
Paper format – Set the size of the shipping label PDFs here. The formats A5 and A6 are available.
Weight Determination
Default weight in kilograms – The default weight used for UPS shipments if no weight is defined for any item in a shipment or if automatic weight calculation is disabled.
Calculate package weight automatically – If this field is enabled, the weights of shipments are automatically calculated based on the weights of the items included, as well as the percentage-based and fixed surcharges.
Percentage weight surcharge for filling material – Percentage weight surcharge for filling material based on the sum of the item weights, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Weight surcharge for packaging material in kilograms – Fixed weight surcharge in kilograms for packaging material, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
E-mail Notifications from UPS to the Customer

Enable automatic shipping notification – Here you can enable automatic shipping notifications from UPS.
Custom text for shipping notifications – Here you can enter individual text that UPS will include in the text of the shipping notification e-mail.
Enable automatic delivery notifications – Enable this field if customers should receive an e-mail with delivery information after shipping.

Show salutation on shipping labels – Here you can select whether the recipient's salutation should also be printed on the shipping label.
