You'll find the plugin configuration in your backend under Kunden → Deutsche Post → Konfiguration (Customers → Deutsche Post → Configuration). Using the Shop field at the top of the configuration, you can select the subshop for which you want to make the settings.
Deutsche Post Portokasse Access
Username – Your username for logging in to Portokasse. The username corresponds to the email address you used to register for Portokasse.
Password – Your password for logging in to Portokasse.
Customer number (EKP) – Your Deutsche Post PaketPlus customer number, called EKP. You can find the EKP in the Portokasse portal under Meine Daten (My Data).
Data Protection
Transmit customer email address to Deutsche Post – Specify whether the customer's email address should be transmitted to Deutsche Post. You can find more on this in this article.
Sender Address
Enter the sender address that should be displayed on the shipping label here.
Sender's identification number for customs purposes – Whether this field must be filled in depends on the regulations of the country of origin and destination. Possible values are, for example, your customs number (EORI number), tax number, or VAT ID number.
Weight Determination
Default weight in kilograms – The default weight used for Deutsche Post shipments if no weight is defined for any article in a shipment or if automatic weight calculation is disabled.
Calculate package weight automatically – If this field is enabled, the weights of the shipments are automatically calculated based on the weights of the included articles as well as the percentage-based and fixed surcharges.
Percentage weight surcharge for packing material – Percentage weight surcharge for packing material based on the sum of the article weights, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Weight surcharge for packaging material in kilograms – Fixed weight surcharge in kilograms for packaging material, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Stamp Settings
Salutation on shipping label – Disable this option to not display a salutation on the shipping label.
