You can find the plugin configuration in your backend under Kunden → DPD → Konfiguration (Customers → DPD → Configuration). Using the Shop field at the very top of the configuration, you can select the subshop for which you want to make the settings.
Sender Data & Access Data
DPD Cloud User Id – Enter your DPD Cloud User Id here.
DPD User Token – You receive the User Token from DPD along with your Cloud User Id.
Data Privacy
Transmit customer phone number to DPD – Determine whether the customer's phone number should be transmitted to DPD.
Transmit customer email address to DPD – Determine whether the customer's email address should be transmitted to DPD. You can find out more here.
Weight Determination
Default weight in kilograms – The default weight used for DPD shipments if no weight is defined for any item in a shipment or if automatic weight calculation is disabled.
Calculate package weight automatically – If this field is enabled, the weights of the shipments are automatically calculated based on the weights of the items contained as well as the percentage and fixed surcharges.
Percentage weight surcharge for filling material – Percentage weight surcharge for filling material based on the sum of the item weights, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Weight surcharge for packaging material in kilograms – Fixed weight surcharge in kilograms for packaging material, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Shipping Label Settings
Paper layout – Set the paper layout of the shipping label PDF here.
Show salutation on shipping labels – Disable this option to not show a salutation on the shipping label.
