You can find the plugin configuration in your backend under Customers → GLS → Configuration. Using the Shop field at the very top of the configuration, you can select the subshop for which you want to make the settings.
Sender Data & Access Data
Sender Data – In the following fields, enter the salutation, name, street and house number, zip code, city and country of the sender address.
API Key – Enter the username assigned by GLS for the GLS Web API here.
API Secret – Enter the password assigned by GLS for the GLS Web API here.
Shipper ID – This value is composed as follows: "Customer ID + space + Contact ID". You will receive this information from your GLS contact person.
Paper Size (Pickware) – Select the paper format you want to use for your labels here. For labels in A6 format, only the label itself is created; in A5 format, a copy for the sender is also printed.

Email Notifications from GLS to the Customer
Transmit Customer Phone Number to GLS – Define whether the customer's phone number should be transmitted to GLS.
Transmit Customer Email Address to GLS – Define whether the customer's email address should be transmitted to GLS. You can find more on this here.
Number Ranges
[GLS Product] Number Range Start/End – Please enter the starting and ending number ranges for the various GLS products, which were assigned to you by your GLS depot.
International Shipments
Incoterm – The Incoterm (International Commercial Term), which describes the contract formula used for the customs export of goods. For more information on this, please read the overview of the most important trade terms (2020) or contact customs. IMPORTANT: Although this value is generally optional (the value "-" can be selected), you should choose this value in such a way that trouble-free customs processing is ensured.
Weight Determination
Default Weight in Kilograms – The default weight used for GLS shipments if no weight is defined for any item in a shipment or if automatic weight calculation is disabled.
Calculate Package Weight Automatically – If this field is enabled, the weights of the shipments are automatically calculated based on the weights of the included items as well as the percentage and fixed surcharges.
Percentage Weight Surcharge for Filler Material – Percentage weight surcharge for filler material based on the sum of item weights, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Weight Surcharge for Packaging Material in Kilograms – Fixed weight surcharge in kilograms for packaging material, if automatic weight calculation is enabled.
Shipping Label Settings
Show Salutation on Shipping Labels – Here you can select whether the recipient's salutation should be printed on the shipping label.
