To create several shipping labels at once, open the order overview and select all orders for which a shipping label should be generated. Then click on Create shipping labels.
Note: For the shipping label creation to work correctly for multiple orders, it's especially important that all shipping methods have been set up correctly as described here.
In the window that opens, you can optionally select a new order status. Clicking on Create shipping labels generates all shipping labels and adjusts the order status for the selected orders once the process has been completed successfully. If you select the status Completely delivered here, the stock will also be deducted immediately.
Using the Show shipping labels and Show export documents buttons, you can merge all the shipping labels or export documents you just created into a single PDF file, view them, and print them.
Note: If you use Shopware WMS powered by Pickware, all order status changes, shipping label generation, and customer shipping notifications including the tracking link are handled directly from the WMS App, without a single click in the Shopware Backend.
