In the WMS App, you have the option to put partially picked orders on hold or to ship them as a Partial delivery. Below you'll find more information about putting orders on hold.
You can pause the picking process of an order at any time using the Put order on hold button.
If your WMS App has already been enabled for the new single-order picking, you'll find the option to put an order on hold via the three-dot menu at the top right.
A document is created for the order put on hold, listing all products that still need to be picked.
In on-premise installations, the document for orders on hold can be customized via a template adjustment. You can find out how to customize document templates in the article How do I configure and customize my order documents?
You can also put processes on hold during the packing process via the three-dot menu. More on this in the article How does packing work in the WMS App?
Resuming picking processes on hold
You can resume picking processes on hold at any time via the barcode at the top right of the Order on hold document. Alternatively, you can find all orders on hold across all warehouses in the On hold tab in the WMS App. If you resume picking an order that was started in a different warehouse, the warehouse will be updated accordingly.

Where can I see picking processes on hold in Shopware Admin?
To see and manage all picking processes on hold in your Shopware Admin, go to Picking → Picking processes (Kommissionierung → Kommissioniervorgänge) and select the On hold view in the filter menu on the right. This view corresponds to the On hold tab in the WMS App. In the filter menu, you can filter all processes by User, Picking box, Order, or Warehouse. Using the red button at the top, you can cancel individual or multiple/all processes.
