In the WMS App, you have the option to put partially picked orders on hold or ship them as a partial delivery.
Partial delivery
If individual products are missing or you want to initiate a partial delivery for other reasons, you can finish the process at any time after picking the products to be shipped by using the Partial delivery button.
The invoice will then list all products from the order as usual, whereas the delivery note will only include the products you previously picked. Once the partial delivery has been marked as shipped, the order with the remaining missing products will reappear in the Open tab.
Putting orders on hold
You can pause the picking process of an order at any time using the Put order on hold button. A document is created for the order that has been put on hold, listing all products that still need to be picked. You can call up the order that has been put on hold again at any time via the barcode in the top right corner of the document. Alternatively, you'll find all orders that have been put on hold in the On hold tab.
