In the WMS App, you have the option to put partially picked orders on hold or send them as a partial delivery. Below you'll find more information on putting orders on hold.
You can pause the picking process of an order at any time using the Put order on hold button.
If your WMS App has already been enabled for the new single item picking, you'll find the option to put the order on hold in the three-dot menu at the top right.
For the order put on hold, a document is created that lists all products still to be picked.
You can also put processes on hold during the packing process using the three-dot menu. Learn more in the article How does packing work in the WMS App?
Resuming picking processes that have been put on hold
Using the barcode at the top right of the Order on hold document, you can retrieve picking processes put on hold at any time. Alternatively, you'll find all orders on hold across all warehouses in the On hold tab in the WMS App. If you resume picking an order that was started in a different warehouse, the warehouse will be updated accordingly.
