Pickware does not create bundles or sets itself. You create them in Shopify with a bundle app, and Pickware picks them up with the order. Shopify Bundles and the Bundles.app by Gazebo work with Pickware. For marketplace orders, only Shopify Bundles in combination with Shopify Marketplace Connect works.

Shopify Bundles is Shopify's app for simple product combinations. The order contains only the bundle children, and the price of the bundle is automatically split across them. In Pickware and in the WMS App, you also see only the bundle children, not the bundle parent. Learn more in How do I use Shopify Bundles with Pickware for Shopify?.

With the Bundles.app by Gazebo, Pickware imports the bundle parent together with the bundle children as nested order line items. Only the bundle parent appears on the delivery note and invoice.

For this to work, some settings must be configured in the app. The app calculates the stock of the bundle parent, so you turn off stock management for the bundle parent in Pickware. Find everything about this in How do I use the Bundles.app by Gazebo with Pickware for Shopify?.

If you sell bundles on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, only Shopify Bundles in combination with Shopify Marketplace Connect works. The Marketplace Connect team must enable bundle support beforehand. With the Bundles.app by Gazebo, the included products are missing from marketplace orders, so Pickware can neither pick nor deduct them. If you use a different bundle app, its line items usually arrive in Pickware as regular order line items. They are not displayed as a set on the documents.

If a line item in the order is not linked to a Pickware product, you see no image for it and cannot click it. Pickware cannot deduct stock for such line items.
