Before you finish a stocktake in Pickware for Shopware 6, you review all recorded countings in the Counted tab. There you change values, delete countings, and add products that were missed during counting. You can do this as long as the stocktake has the state In progress. Once you finish it, no more changes are possible.
Reviewing countings
In the Counted tab, you see all countings per product and bin location, regardless of whether they come from the WMS App or the Shopware Admin. Use the filter icons to narrow the list down to a bin location or a product. The value in the Difference column is booked as a stock change when you finish the stocktake.
In the filter menu on the right, you can also specify a percentage range for the difference. This helps you find products with a conspicuously large deviation and recount them specifically. Pay particular attention to large negative differences: if many units are still sold before you finish, they may no longer be fully bookable. See Welche Status hat eine Inventur?
Difference and Difference (total)
The Difference column refers to a product at a specific bin location. Difference (total) refers to the product's entire stock in the warehouse. If a product is simply at a different bin location than expected, Difference shows a deviation, but Difference (total) does not. The product is then not lost, just somewhere else.
You can show the columns Expected (total), Counted (total), and Difference (total) in the list settings.
Changing values and deleting countings
You change a value using the edit icon at the end of the row: the row becomes editable, you enter the correct quantity in the Counted column, and confirm. Via the context menu of an entry, you use Delete whole counting to delete the counting of the entire bin location, which then reappears in the Uncounted tab. On the Unknown bin location, you can also delete individual products with Delete single product counting.
If you count a bin location again in the WMS App, the new counting replaces the values of the products you record in the process. On Unknown, however, new countings are added up. If you want to recount there, delete the old product counting first.
Adding products
You add a missed product via the context menu of a counting with Add product to counting process. In the window that opens, you search for the product and enter the quantity. The search is the default Shopware search and finds products more reliably by name than by product number.
Note: The product always ends up on the bin location of the row whose context menu you opened. Adding is therefore only possible on a bin location that already has a counting. If you have the WMS App, scanning there is usually the faster way. See Warum sehe ich ein Produkt nicht in der Inventur?
After the review
If all countings are correct, you finish the stocktake in the Counted tab with Finish stocktake. What happens next is described in the overall stocktake process.
