This overview shows you which Pickware features are included in the Starter, Advanced, Professional and Enterprise plans – for Pickware on Shopware 6. The "Legacy" column assigns each feature to the old plan (ERP or ERP Pro), so you can see which plan a feature belongs to when switching to the current pricing.

Coming from ERP or ERP Pro? There used to be two plans – ERP and ERP Pro. The current pricing has four tiers. When you switch, the features of the old plans are distributed differently across the new tiers. The "Legacy" column shows for each feature which old plan it was included in – so you can tell whether a feature from your previous plan is, for example, only available from Advanced onwards in the new pricing. The plans build on each other: Starter → Advanced → Professional → Enterprise. Each higher plan includes all features of the lower ones. The "Available from" column names the lowest plan that includes a feature – so it is also included in all higher plans.

The "Legacy" column shows which previous plan included the feature: both = ERP and ERP Pro · ERP Pro = ERP Pro only · new = not available in the old pricing.

Pickware WMS is an add-on with its own license. Features marked "(WMS)" require a WMS license. If a plan tier is also specified, it applies in addition to the WMS license. Some WMS features are not tiered by plan but are generally available with a WMS license – they are marked "WMS license" in the "Available from" column.

"Custom fields for entities" are custom-defined fields on suppliers, supplier orders and warehouses. With "Custom fields on order documents", you output custom fields of orders and products on documents such as delivery notes and invoices.

Quotas per plan. The plans have no user limit. Each plan includes an order quota. For orders beyond that, an order fee applies; POS orders do not count towards it. Read more in What does "Additional orders" mean on my Pickware invoice?.

Do you need a feature your plan doesn't include?

Request free trial

If you come across a feature in the Shopware Admin that your plan doesn't include, a note appears saying that the feature is available in a higher plan. There you can use Request free trial to request a free trial for that feature. One click is enough, you don't have to fill in anything. The note then shows a confirmation that your request has been received – we then unlock the feature for you manually.

Every user who is logged in to the Shopware Admin can request a trial. No special permissions are required.
The button is available for all features that show this note about higher plans – not just for individual features.
During the trial, you use the feature as usual; the note about the higher plan does not appear then.
One trial is provided per shop. Once it has expired, the note only contains the way to upgrade your plan.
Menu items of features from higher plans, for example the Picking Dashboard, appear as an upgrade note in lower plans. They cannot be hidden.
