To assign GO! Express products to your shipping methods and automatically create the corresponding labels, you first need to make a few settings.
Registration with GO! Express
To create shipping labels for GO! Express in Pickware, you need an API access from GO! Express. Contact your responsible GO! station or the GO! Express customer service to receive your login credentials (username and password). In addition, you need your customer number and the three-letter code of your responsible GO! station (e.g. "MUC" for Munich).
GO! Express settings
Before making the settings for GO! Express, make sure you have already made the general settings for all shipping providers. You can find them under Settings → Extensions → Shipping labels general. These settings apply to all shipping providers you use. You can find all the details here.
The settings specifically for GO! Express shipping can be found under Settings → Extensions → GO! Express.
Sales Channel
Here you can specify which of your connected Shopify shops ("Sales Channels") the following settings should apply to. By default, the settings apply to all connected shops. If you have only connected one Shopify shop to this Pickware Admin, still select the All Sales Channels option.
If you select a specific shop, all fields are initially linked to the general settings. You can recognize this by the chain icon and the greyed-out fields. Click the icon to unlink it and enter individual settings, while other fields remain linked.
GO! Express Login
Enter your username and the corresponding password for the GO! Express API here. If you use the testing web service, enable the corresponding checkbox.
Click Verify GO! Express credentials to test your login credentials before saving the configuration.
GO! Express customer information
Enter the following information here:
Responsible station — The three-letter code of your responsible GO! station (e.g. "MUC" for Munich).
Customer number — Your GO! Express customer number (max. 7 characters).
Save data
Don't forget to save the configuration after filling in all fields.
GO! Express shipping products
The following GO! Express products are available when creating a shipping label:
GO! Overnight — National overnight shipping
GO! Worldwide — International shipping
GO! Overnight – Letter (up to 0.25 kg) — National letter overnight shipping
GO! Worldwide – Letter (up to 0.25 kg) — International letter shipping
Parcel Service National — National parcel shipping
Parcel Service International — International parcel shipping
In addition, you can select optional additional services when creating the label, including transport insurance, telephone notification, proof of receipt and cash on delivery. For international shipments, you can specify a content description.
You can also set a pick-up time window (from/to) and the paper format (parcel label 4×6″ or waybill A4).
