If you use Pickware POS, you have the option to add your VAT ID (Value Added Tax Identification Number) or your company details in the free text fields under Settings → Extensions → Pickware POS in the Receipt section, if you haven't already done so as part of the Configuration of Pickware POS.

If you use our Pickware POS, you can additionally define accounts for cash deposits and withdrawals for your Pickware POS Sales Channels.

If you make deposits or withdrawals during operation at the register, these will be listed under the accounts specified here in the DATEV export.
