Especially with larger orders, it's often not obvious at first glance which individual line items are actually ready to ship.
The pickability per order line item shows you directly in the order overview which line items of an order are fully, partially, or not pickable in the selected warehouse. This way, you can see with a single click which line items can currently be fulfilled.
Below, we show you how the pickability view is structured and what the individual statuses mean.
Opening the detailed pickability view
In the order overview, the pickability of each order is shown with a colored icon.
The pickability always refers to one warehouse. By default, the pickability is calculated for the default warehouse. Using the filter sidebar, you can change the calculation to a different warehouse by selecting one or more pickability statuses as a filter.
How is the pickability calculated?
The pickability per order line item is always calculated based on the warehouse and the quantity still to be shipped. Partial deliveries that have already taken place are automatically taken into account.
What do the different status icons mean?
In the detailed view, you see a status for each line item that indicates how it is currently pickable.

Partially pickable (yellow) | |
Not pickable (red) | |

Products without stock management are shown as pickable, since they don't require any stock.
Additional information on pickability
Besides simply displaying the pickability, you can use the pickability icon to view additional stock-relevant information, such as the current stock level or the incoming quantity.
This way, you can see with just one click which line items are currently holding up shipping and whether an order can be fully or only partially fulfilled. If you click on the incoming quantity in the row of an order line item, you go directly to the filtered overview of open supplier orders for this product. There, you can see the next expected delivery date for this line item. This helps you assess whether a partial delivery makes sense or whether it's better to wait for the missing items.
