Pickware is currently linked to exactly one of your Shopify locations. When exporting stock to Shopify (stock synchronization), the stock available online from all your Pickware warehouses is transferred to this location. In the WMS App, you'll see all orders for picking that are shipped from this location.

What do orders that are fulfilled from an external location look like in Shopify or Pickware?
In the order overview of Shopify, you'll see a card for each location, listing all products to be fulfilled from that location. Products can be fulfilled separately per location. The light gray label shows you which products are fulfilled from which location. This split results from Shopify's order routing.
In the Pickware Admin, you see all orders and order line items regardless of whether they are fulfilled from the location connected to Pickware or from an external one. In the order details, you can display the Fulfilled externally column to see which products, and in what quantities, are fulfilled from an external location. The picking view in the WMS App, on the other hand, only shows the line items that are actually fulfilled from the connected location.
Fulfilling orders with products from multiple locations
You can ship orders with products from multiple locations as usual, either via Pickware Admin or by picking them with the WMS App and creating order documents. The invoice always contains all order line items, regardless of which Shopify location the product is fulfilled from. The picking list or delivery note, however, only shows line items that are actually shipped with Pickware.
Unlike regular orders, the order in Pickware then receives the delivery status Partially shipped, or in Shopify the status Partially fulfilled. All remaining products from other locations can then be shipped via Shopify. Naturally, the process also works the other way around.
