Especially with larger orders, it's often not immediately clear which individual line items can actually be picked.
The pickability per order line item shows you directly in the order overview which line items of an order can be fully, partially, or not picked in the selected warehouse. This way, you can see at a glance which line items can currently be shipped.
Below, we show you how the pickability view is structured and what the individual statuses mean.
Opening the detailed pickability view
In the order overview, the pickability for each order is shown with a colored icon.
How is pickability calculated?
Pickability is calculated based on the quantity of order line items still to be shipped. Partial deliveries that have already taken place are automatically taken into account. Pickability always relates to one warehouse. By default, pickability is calculated for the default warehouse. Using the filter sidebar, you can change the calculation to a different warehouse by selecting one or more pickability statuses as a filter.
Pickability per order line item
Clicking on the pickability icon of an order opens the pickability view for each order line item. In addition to just showing pickability, the pickability icon lets you see other stock-relevant information, such as current warehouse stock or the incoming quantity.
This way, with just one click, you can see which line items are currently holding up shipping and whether an order can be fully or only partially picked. If you click on the incoming quantity in a line item's row, you're taken directly to the filtered overview of open supplier orders for that product. There, you can see the next expected delivery date for this line item. This helps you assess whether a partial delivery makes sense or whether it's better to wait for the missing items.
What do the different status icons mean?
In the detailed view, you see a status for each line item indicating how it can currently be picked.

Products that aren't stock-managed and bundle parents (parent products of bills of materials) are always shown as pickable, since they don't need their own warehouse stock for shipping.
