You can update the firmware of connected barcode scanners in the WMS and POS App. To do this, open the app you want and navigate to Settings → Barcode Scanner in the app menu. There you'll see all connected devices. If a firmware update is available, a corresponding button for updating will appear.

In the scanner settings under Settings → Barcode Scanner, you'll see the current battery level for each connected device. This way you can see at a glance whether a scanner needs to be charged.

You can also use the scanner's battery to charge your iPhone. To do this, activate the corresponding option for sharing the scanner's battery in the scanner settings.
