You can update the firmware of connected barcode scanners in the WMS and POS App. To do this, open the desired app and navigate to Settings → Barcode Scanner in the app menu. There you'll see all connected devices. If a firmware update is available, a corresponding button for updating appears.

In the scanner settings under Settings → Barcode Scanner, the current battery level is shown for each connected device. This lets you see at a glance whether a scanner needs to be charged.

You can also use the scanner's battery to charge your iPhone. To do this, activate the corresponding option for sharing the scanner battery in the scanner settings.
