How do I process partial deliveries?

In the WMS App, you have the option to put partially picked orders on hold or ship them as a partial delivery. Partial deliveries during picking in the Pickware Admin are not yet possible at this time.

If individual products are missing or you want to initiate a partial delivery for other reasons, you can finish the process at any time after picking the products to be shipped by using the Partial delivery button.

If your WMS App has already been enabled for the new single-item picking, you'll find the option for partial delivery in the three-dot menu at the top right.

The invoice will then list all products from the order as usual, whereas the delivery note will only include the products you previously picked. Once the partial delivery has been marked as shipped, the order will reappear in the Open tab with the still missing products.

When you process partial deliveries via the WMS App, any outstanding items are shown on the delivery note. This way, your customers can see at a glance which items will follow in a later delivery – this reduces follow-up questions and prevents incomplete packages from being mistakenly perceived as a missing delivery.
