You can find the plugin configuration under Settings → General settings → Extended settings → Pickware WMS. Please check the settings after installing the plugin.
Shipping document generation – Choose the mode according to which documents should be generated in the WMS App. For partial deliveries, the invoice is only generated for the respective first partial invoice.
Shipping - Additional documents when creating an invoice – Select the documents here that should always be created and printed whenever the WMS App creates an invoice.
Shipping - Additional documents when creating a delivery note – Select the documents here that should always be created and printed whenever the WMS App creates a delivery note.
Shipping - Payment methods with delivery note instead of invoice – Select the payment methods here for which a delivery note should be printed instead of an invoice.
Shipping - Document printing – Choose the mode according to which documents should be printed in the WMS App.
Shipping - Printed copies per invoice – Select how many copies of the invoice should be printed.
Shipping - Send invoice by email – Define here whether invoices created during picking in the WMS App should also be sent to the customer by email. This happens regardless of whether the invoices are printed.
Shipping - Additional invoice for export document – If you activate this option, an additional invoice copy is printed if the order is assigned to a shipping method with export documents.
Shipping - Additional delivery note for selected payment methods – Select the payment methods here for which two delivery notes should be printed during picking.
Shipping - Shipping methods with automatic printing of return label – Select shipping methods here for which a return label should be automatically created and printed after (partial) completion of picking. Currently, this is only possible for orders that have products assigned from DHL, DPD, Swiss Post or PostNL.
Shipping - Third-party shipping methods – Select additional shipping methods here whose corresponding orders should be displayed in the WMS App, even though shipping labels cannot be generated for these.
Shipping - Shipping methods without automatic email – Select the shipping methods here for which no automatic shipping emails should be sent.
Shipping - Max. orders displayed in app – Select the maximum number of orders displayed in the WMS App. Additional orders will only be displayed once the other orders have been completely shipped.
Shipping - Create shipping label directly after picking – If you activate this option, the WMS App automatically opens the dialog for creating a shipping label in single-order picking after the order has been picked.
Show outstanding items on partial delivery note – Select whether the items still outstanding should be listed on an additional page in the case of a partial delivery note.
Warehouse - Email to customer upon receipt of return – Activate this option so that the customer automatically receives an email as soon as their return has been recorded via the WMS App.
Shipping/Warehouse - Sort items by – Select the field by which the items within an order should be sorted. If two values are equal, the item number is always compared as the second criterion.
