In the WMS App, you have the option to postpone partially picked orders or ship them as a partial delivery. Partial deliveries during picking in the Shopware Admin are currently not yet possible.
If individual products are missing or you want to initiate a partial delivery for other reasons, you can end the process at any time — after picking the products to be shipped — via the Partial delivery button.
If your WMS App has already been enabled for the new single-order picking, you'll find the option for partial delivery in the three-dot menu at the top right.
The invoice will then list all products from the order as usual, whereas the delivery note will only include the products you previously picked. As soon as the partial delivery is marked as shipped, the order — with the still-missing products — reappears in the Open tab.
When you process partial deliveries via the WMS App, the outstanding items are shown on the delivery note. This way, your customers can immediately see which items will follow in a later delivery — reducing inquiries and preventing incomplete packages from being mistakenly perceived as a shipping error.
