In your Pickware Account under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE), you will find an overview of your branch stores and the cash registers connected to each of them. By clicking the branch store name, you also go directly to the fiskaly Dashboard, where you can view further information.
How do I report my cash register to the tax office (KassenSichV report)?
For Pickware POS in Germany, electronic cash register systems must be reported to the tax office. You can submit this report directly from your Pickware Account.
Under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE) you will find a note for each branch store as soon as a report is required – for example when setting up a new cash register, when changing branch store or cash register data, or when decommissioning.
If a branch store or cash register has been permanently decommissioned (e.g. because a POS device license was canceled and a cash register/branch store remains deactivated), you must report the decommissioning to the tax office. This report is not made automatically by Pickware. Use the designated reporting channels for this (e.g. via ELSTER) and, if in doubt, check with your tax advisor what is required in your case.
In the relevant branch store, click the corresponding button to create the report. You will then see an overview of all relevant data (taxpayer, branch store, cash register) and can check it before submitting. After you submit, the report is transmitted to the tax office automatically.
You can view the state of the transmission and the proof of transmission at any time in the same view. If errors occur, they are also displayed there.
Decommission branch stores
Also here, you can decommission or reactivate branch stores using the corresponding button.
Decommissioning/reactivating in Pickware is a technical (de)activation. If a branch store is permanently no longer operated, also follow the note on the decommissioning report above.
Decommission individual cash registers within a branch store
If you want to have one or more cash registers of a branch store decommissioned, please contact our support. We will then carry out the decommissioning manually for you.
Reactivate branch stores
If branch stores have not been used for a longer time, Pickware may temporarily decommission them. If you try to connect your app to a decommissioned branch store, a corresponding error message appears.
If you have already connected your iOS device to a branch store that has since been decommissioned and try to process sales with it, an error message also appears.
For a sale, the message is then, for example, Der Verkauf konnte nicht signiert werden, da TSE deaktiviert ist. The same message can also appear during a fiskaly outage. To learn how to tell the two cases apart, see What do I do if “TSE deactivated” or “TSE temporarily unavailable” appears at the cash register?
In both cases, you can easily reactivate your branch store under Shop → POS → KassenSichV (DE) by clicking Filiale reaktivieren. Afterward, you have to log out of the POS App and close the app completely. Then you have to run the app setup again in order to connect to the desired branch store again.
Can I delete a branch store or change its country?
Delete a branch store
Branch stores cannot be deleted because legally relevant data is attached to them, for example from fiscalization and the CashBook. Instead, decommission a branch store you no longer use, as described above. You can reactivate a decommissioned branch store later.
Change the country of a branch store
For a different country, create a new branch store with the correct country: In the POS App, reset the configuration, log in again and create a new branch store during setup. How to do this is described in How do I set up the POS App for Germany? Perform a cash register closing before resetting, because a subsequent cash register closing is not possible.
If you want to use the new branch store on an additional iPad, you need another license for it.
