When you install Pickware, a few new flows are automatically added in the Flow Builder. Here's a quick overview of what these flows do:
Pickware ERP Partially Shipped
When this flow is active, the delivery status of an order is automatically set to Partially shipped as soon as the order has been partially shipped. You can find more about partial deliveries in the WMS App here.
Pickware ERP Completely Shipped
When this flow is activated, the delivery status of the order is automatically set to Shipped as soon as the order has been shipped.
Pickware ERP Partially Returned
If this flow is activated, the delivery status of the order is automatically set to partially returned when a partial return is generated.
Pickware ERP Completely Returned
If this flow is activated, the delivery status of the order is automatically set to returned when a complete return is generated.
Pickware ERP Transition order to "Done" after shipping
If this flow is activated, the order is automatically set to Done once the order has been shipped.
Pickware ERP Reorder Mail
If this flow is activated, an email is sent daily listing all products whose current stock is less than or equal to the specified minimum stock level. You can set the time this email is sent under Settings → Extensions → Pickware ERP. You can find more details on this here.
