For prepayment orders, you have the option to automatically change the order status of orders with the payment status Open and Payment reminder to Cancelled/Rejected after a period of time defined by you. This allows you to ensure that your available stock is not reduced by outdated orders for which no payment has been received. To make customers aware of the deadline, you have the option to use our payment reminder for prepayment orders. You can find the corresponding setting in the Plugin Configuration.
