How do I create a Pickware Account?

In your Pickware Account, you store your company master data and manage your licenses for POS or WMS as well as your subscription payments. You can also manage your connected iOS devices there, and deactivate and reactivate stores and cash registers as part of KassenSichV compliance. In addition, the Pickware Account serves as the starting point for RKSV configuration.

Creating a Pickware Account

You can create a new Pickware Account here. For this, you need your shop's URL, your email address, and a password of your choice. You should now have received a confirmation email. Click the link in it to complete your registration.

You can now log in to your Pickware Account at https://account.pickware.com.

Using an existing account

If you already have a Pickware Account from the Shopware 5 world, you can continue to use it by transferring it to Shopware 6 via account migration. You can find more information about this here.

What can I do if the email to create the Pickware Account doesn't arrive?

If you didn't receive an email to complete registration when creating your Pickware Account, try the following:

  1. Check your spam folder to see if the email is there.

  2. If you use an Outlook or Office365 mail server:

    1. Add the address [email protected] as a safe sender following these instructions from Microsoft.

    2. Then send an email to [email protected] with the content "TEST".

    3. Now try again to complete the registration with the same email address as before. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.

  3. If you don't use Outlook or Office365, or if the steps above were unsuccessful, please carry out the account creation using an alternative email address hosted by a different provider. To do this, use the back button in the app or restart the account creation process.
