Even if the check of your business customer portal credentials was completed successfully, the following error can occur when creating shipping labels:
"Error: 1001 The user of the web service could not be authenticated."
This error can occur if your username or your password contains certain characters. Change your username and/or your password, or contact DHL to fix the issue.
