Products you no longer want to reorder, for example discontinued items or goods you are selling off cheaply, can be excluded in two places: in the reorder point email and in demand planning.
Exclude from the reorder point email
To stop a product from appearing in the reorder point email, open it in the Shopware Admin and activate the option Ignore product in reorder notification mail under Stock → Stock Limits.
For several products at once, select them in the product overview, click Bulk edit at the top, and choose the option Von Meldebestands-Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail ausschließen (Exclude from reorder point notification email) under Stock Limits. Find out more in How does the reorder point email work?.
Hide in demand planning
In demand planning, you hide such products using the filter icon. Three filters are suitable for this:
Tag is not: Assign the products a tag in the Shopware Admin, for example "Discontinued", and select this tag in the filter. This lets you hide individual products specifically.
Hide products in clearance sale: Hides all products that have the Clearance sale switch active. These are not only products you are currently selling off cheaply, but all products with this switch.
Hide inactive products: Hides products that you have deactivated.
