In the product overview, you find specific products using the filters and the search. Once you have found the right products, you can edit them in one step using bulk edit.

Open the product overview under Products → Overview and click the filter icon. You can combine the filters. For example, to find inactive variants with stock, activate the filter for inactive products and the filter for available stock, and use Show variants to list the variants as well. There are also filters for duplicates (Only show product duplicates) and for products whose Shopify product has been deleted (Only show products with allocations to deleted Shopify products). To learn how to handle such products, read How do I handle product duplicates in Pickware?.

The supplier product number is not a column in the product overview.

You do not see which products are in which bin location in the product overview, but under Warehousing → Stock overview in the Per product and bin location view.

Select the filtered products using the checkbox and edit them in bulk using Bulk edit.

For example, to remove a tag from many products, filter by the tag, select all products and remove the tag using bulk edit. Also remove the tag in Shopify, otherwise it will be imported into Pickware again. Learn more about tags in How can I use Shopify tags in Pickware?
