Under Lagerhaltung (Warehousing) → Bestandsübersicht (Stock Overview) you'll find a filterable list of your stock. Using the window on the right, you can choose between three different views.
Per Product View
Here you'll see the global stock as well as the reorder point for each individual product. You can also hide inactive products and main products of variant products.
Stock management is automatically disabled for main products of variant products (variant parents). These products appear in the overview with a stock of 0 — the actual stock is managed exclusively at the level of the individual variants. Using the filter Hide main products of variant products, you can remove them from the view. More on this: Stock management for variant parents.
You can conveniently edit the Bestand (Stock) and Meldebestand (Reorder Point) directly in the overview. The usual Pickware strategies for stock changes automatically apply here. Please note that the Meldebestand (Reorder Point) column is only included in this view of the stock overview, since it refers to a global reorder point for the product.
Using the filters, you can further narrow down the display, for example with the filter Product with stock ≤ reorder point, to display all products that need to be restocked.
You can also narrow down the display to a specific stock range using the stock filters Products with stock ≥ X and Products with stock ≤ X. Both filters form a pair, into which you can each enter a freely chosen value. This lets you, for example, display only products whose stock falls between two values. If you change one of the two values and the combination would result in no matches, the other value is automatically adjusted. If you remove the value from a field, the respective filter is reset.
Per Product and Warehouse View
This view lists all products per warehouse. On the right, you can filter the list by specific products or warehouses.
Here too, you can edit the stock directly without having to open the product details, but you don't have access to the reorder point.
Per Product and Bin Location View
In this view, you'll see all products per warehouse and bin location. If the bin location is the default bin location, this is indicated by a star after the bin location code. On the right, you can filter the view by individual warehouses or bin locations to see which products are stored there. You can also use this to search specifically for a product to see where it's currently located. Using the filter Bin location → Unknown, you get a list of all products that haven't yet been assigned to a bin location and whose storage location within a warehouse is therefore unknown.
Here too, you can edit the stock directly without having to open the product details, but you don't have access to the reorder point.
Using the Import and Export buttons above, you can download your stock overview with the applied filters as a CSV file or manage your stock levels via CSV import.
You can find more information on importing stock levels via CSV here.
