The Sales column in the product overview under Catalogues → Products shows how often a product has sold in total. Pickware counts the quantities from completed orders there. Pickware does not offer an evaluation by time range or revenue per product.

Use Shopware Analytics or a compatible statistics extension from the Shopware Store for this. This way you can identify, for example, products that hardly sell. Shopware Support will answer questions about the Analytics dashboard itself.
