Whether you need an additional Pickware License for another shop depends on whether it runs in your existing Shopware installation. Sales Channels within one Shopware installation do not need an additional plan. A separate Shopware installation needs its own plan.

Sales Channels within one Shopware installation run with your existing plan. If you need additional WMS or POS licenses for them, they are added to your existing booking.

A separate installation with its own database and its own APP_URL needs its own plan, Starter at minimum. To do this, install the Pickware extension in the new installation and connect it to your Pickware Account. The domain is created automatically in your account.

Pickware creates the shop entry based on the APP_URL. If the APP_URL switches between the variant with "www" and without "www", two entries are created. A subscription is never booked automatically as a result.

If you have booked a license for both entries, our support team will merge the entries and refund any amounts you paid twice.
