Partly. You can export the counts of a stocktake as a CSV file in Pickware for Shopware 6. You cannot import counted quantities into a stocktake via CSV. The stocktake is deliberately built as a guided process so that every stock difference stays documented and traceable. That is why counting is done with the WMS App or in the Shopware Admin.
Export counts
Open the stocktake under Warehousing › Stocktake and export the counts in the Counted tab. Pickware exports all displayed counts with the visible columns. If you set filters beforehand or show or hide columns, you determine the content of the file. The export works during the stocktake and after it is completed, for example for your documents for the annual financial statements.
Note: The export does not contain prices. To value your warehouse as of a specific reporting day, use the valued stock, see How do I perform a valuation of my stock?
Alternative: Overwrite stock via CSV
If you already have the counted quantities in a spreadsheet, you can overwrite the stock directly via CSV import. To do this, export the stock of your warehouse under Warehousing › Stock overview in the view per warehouse and bin location, enter your quantities, and upload the file again. The steps in detail are described in How do I overwrite my stock via CSV?
The import changes the stock immediately and bypasses the stocktake. No stocktake process is created with expected and counted quantities, differences, and a counting log.
Attention: If you have already recorded counts in an open stocktake, delete the stocktake before you import the stock via CSV. Otherwise Pickware books the old differences a second time when you later finish the stocktake.
Can I maintain batches via the stocktake?
Yes, in the stocktake you also record and check batches and BBD. For batch-managed products, Pickware books the counted stock directly as a correction when you complete the stocktake. You do not have to set the stock to 0 beforehand.
You can find the complete process in Performing a stocktake: Process from start to finish.
